Faranak Ghafourian

Faranak Ghafourian has dedicated the past twenty years to the K-12 education system, with a strong background in kindergarten and preschool education. She has a deep-rooted passion for nurturing young minds, finding immense joy in guiding children through their early learning experiences. With a profound belief in fostering independence, curiosity, and a love for discovery, she is excited to bring her expertise into the Montessori environment, where hands-on, child-led learning creates a foundation for lifelong success.

In addition to her work in education, Faranak has completed a Certificate in Early Childhood Education and attended Mass Bay Community College to deepen her understanding of child development. She is also a certified Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) specialist, with extensive experience supporting children with autism, ADHD, ADD, and special needs. Her deep understanding of individualized learning and sensory integration aligns beautifully with Montessori principles, which honor each child's unique development and encourage a prepared environment that supports both academic and social-emotional growth.

Faranak is also a private nurse, bringing compassion and care to those in need. Her holistic perspective on well-being, mindfulness, and responsive caregiving mirrors Montessori’s emphasis on the whole child—mind, body, and spirit. She sees immense value in Montessori’s approach to fostering independence, social-emotional intelligence, and a deep connection to learning.
