Telma Gomez
Toddler Educator
I am a dedicated and passionate early childhood educator with over 25 years of experience working with infants, toddlers, and preschool-aged children. I hold an Associate’s degree in Early Childhood Education and am deeply committed to fostering a nurturing, safe, and enriching environment where children can explore, wonder, and develop a lifelong love of learning.
My approach is grounded in the Montessori philosophy, which honors each child as a unique individual, encouraging independence, critical thinking, and hands-on discovery.
I believe that young children learn best through purposeful play and exploration, gradually moving from concrete experiences to abstract understanding. By carefully observing and responding to each child's needs, I strive to create an environment that cultivates curiosity, self-confidence, and a strong foundation for future learning.
Beyond my professional work, I find joy in spending quality time with family and friends, traveling, immersing myself in nature, dancing, and visiting children’s museums with my own kids. I am inspired by the Montessori approach to education, which respects the child’s natural development and fosters a deep connection between learning and the world around them.
I am honored to be part of your child’s learning journey and look forward to creating a joyful, engaging, and thoughtfully prepared environment where they can thrive.
